Cold Front Bass Fishing
Florida Fishing for bass is one of the most exciting outdoor activities you can partake in when traveling to Florida. The time of year to come catch the fish of your dreams is now. Big bass are beginning to move in. Don’t be discouraged when you are experiencing Cold Front Bass Fishing.
I had the pleasure of fishing with Brian traveling from Michigan. He really wanted to fish on Lake Okeechobee and we made it happen. Brian opted in for some cold front bass fishing.
He wanted to go after the largemouth bass on artificial baits but with a drop in temperatures can shut that bite down. It was a great day to go fishing though with clear skies and a slight breeze.
Brian put over 30 fish in the boat. When conditions turn in any direction, shiners are the most effective method to catch the largemouth. Fish ranged from 1.5 to 5 pounds. You never know what to expect when fishing Lake Okeechobee.
I look forward to fishing with Brian again in the future. Don’t miss out on your adventure when traveling to Florida. Until next time, keep searching for those big ones.
